Her first appearance was in the premiere of the fourth season, the award-winning live episode “Ambush”, as British surgeon Elizabeth Corday. Kingston was born and brought up in Epsom, Surrey, to Anthony Kingston, an English butcher and his German wife, Margarethe (née Renneisen).
